The concrete structure comprises two cantilever piles, an inter-pile plate for connecting the two cantilever piles, and a buffer cushion layer in front of the inter-pile plate, an anchor rod is embedded into a structure formed by the buffer cushion layer, the cantilever pile and the inter-pile plate; the anchor rod is wrapped with an anchor rod shell; non-return devices are arranged on the buffer cushion layer and the anchor rod in the soil body below the ground; the non-return device is provided with a connector, the connector fixes a gear handle through a fixing screw, and a gear part of the gear handle is meshed with an external thread on the anchor rod shell; an expansion head is arranged at the tail of the anchor rod. The pile plate stone blocking structure is high in stability and impact resistance.
