The invention relates to the field of wharf quay wall structure design, and particularly discloses a large-water-head deepwater sheet pile quay wall structure which comprises a quay wall soil retaining structure and a rear anchoring system, and the rear anchoring system comprises a horizontal anchoring structure and an inclined anchoring structure. The quay wall soil retaining structure comprises a sheet-pile wall and a breast wall on the top of the sheet-pile wall. The horizontal anchor pulling structure comprises an anchorage structure and a connecting structure connected with the breast wall. The oblique anchor pulling structure comprises a permanent pre-stressed anchor rod which is connected with the sheet-pile wall through an enclosing purlin structure; the sheet-pile wall and the breast wall are arranged on one side facing the water surface and are continuously arranged; the anchorage structure is arranged behind the bulkhead wall soil retaining structure, has a certain distance, and is connected with the breast wall through a connecting structure; the enclosing purlin structure is arranged in front of the sheet-pile wall, one end of the permanent pre-stressed anchor rod is connected with the enclosing purlin structure, and the other end of the permanent pre-stressed anchor rod is anchored in a soil layer; the section modulus and length of the sheet-pile wall can be reduced, and the manufacturing cost is saved.
