The invention discloses a construction method of a vibro-replacement gravel pile machine capable of forming an effective pile diameter, which comprises the following steps: after a gravel pile hole is formed through rapid vibro-replacement pore-forming construction of a vibro-replacement device, a filling device with a weighing element is arranged at an orifice of the gravel pile hole, and a feeding port of the filling device is aligned with the orifice; the gravel filler is placed into a filler device with a weighing element through a loading machine, and the weight of the gravel filler is obtained and stored; and the gravel filler with the obtained weight is directly thrown into the gravel pile hole through a feeding opening of the filler device aligned with the hole opening, and the vibroflotation device is used for conducting vibroflotation and densification on the gravel filler to form the vibroflotation gravel pile with the effective pile diameter. According to the method, rapid vibroflotation pore-forming can be carried out according to stratum conditions, weight measurement and throwing of the gravel filler are accurately completed, it is ensured that the weight of the gravel filler thrown into a gravel pile hole meets the requirement, the formed gravel pile can be tightly combined with a surrounding soil layer, and the pile diameter of the gravel pile truly meets the design requirement.
