The invention discloses a pre-assembled raft foundation. The pre-assembled raft foundation is composed of foundation outsole bottom layer ribs, foundation column ribs, foundation outsole upper layer ribs and foundation steel bars. The foundation outsole bottom layer rib comprises a bottom surface section and a first upright section connected with the bottom surface section; the foundation column ribs are arranged on the bottom surface section; the foundation outsole upper-layer ribs are arranged on the foundation outsole bottom-layer ribs; the foundation steel bars are arranged beside the foundation column bars; and the foundation outsole bottom layer ribs, the foundation column ribs, the foundation outsole upper layer ribs and the foundation steel bars are assembled to form the pre-assembled raft foundation. The invention further discloses a construction method using the pre-assembled raft foundation. The construction method has the advantages that the foundation outsole bottom layer ribs, the foundation column ribs, the foundation outsole upper layer ribs and the foundation steel bars are assembled in advance in a factory and then conveyed to a construction site for combination, so that field workers do not need to bind or weld the steel bars, and the effects of shortening the construction time and reducing the number of field construction people are achieved.
