The invention discloses an anti-debris flow landslide slope protection structure for a mountain surrounding road, and belongs to the technical field of debris flow prevention and control facilities, the slope protection structure comprises a stone blocking structure and a flow guide structure which are arranged on a slope, the stone blocking structure and the flow guide structure are sequentially arranged along the slope from top to bottom, the stone blocking structure is used for blocking rolling stones, and the flow guide structure is used for guiding the rolling stones. The flow guide structure is used for guiding water in debris flow to be discharged; and a desilting groove for slowing down the flow velocity of debris flow is formed between the stone blocking structure and the flow guide structure. Rolling stones can be blocked through the stone blocking structure, then most silt in debris flow is settled and intercepted through the sinking groove, and the flow speed of silt flow is slowed down; water in the debris flow is guided to the slope on the outer side through the flow guide structure, energy and gravel carried by the debris flow are reduced, the effect of reducing damage of the debris flow to the annular road is achieved, and the protection effect of the slope protection is improved.
