The seepage well comprises fence layers, the fence layers are laid from the bottom of a pre-finished channel in the transverse direction of the channel, and a cuboid space of the seepage well is defined by the two fence layers laid in the channel; the geotechnical cloth completely covers the inner wall of the cuboid space of the seepage well; the gabion net is arranged on the inner side of the geotechnical cloth; an iron gauze is arranged at an opening in the top of the vertical pipe with the holes, and the vertical pipe is completely wrapped by geotechnical cloth; the rest space of the seepage well is filled with the filling stone, so that the top of the filling stone is flush with the top of the enclosure layer; the gabion net outer cover and the geotechnical cloth outer cover are arranged at the top of the filling stone; and the coarse sand layer fills the space between the top of the enclosure layer and the shoreline of the channel and between the top of the filling stone and the shoreline of the channel.
