The invention provides an assembly type rainwater collecting ditch and a rainwater collecting system. The assembly type rainwater collecting ditch comprises an upper layer structure and a lower layer structure. The upper-layer structure comprises a soil planting layer and a collecting ditch, and the lower-layer structure is of an assembly type and comprises a plastic groove, a seepage pipe and a filtering layer; the plastic groove is used for collecting infiltrated rainwater; and the seepage pipe is used for seepage of the rainwater filtered by the filter layer. The fabricated component can be produced in a standardized mode and connected in a fabricated mode, the same component is universal, the structure is simple, the construction precision is high, the period is short, the construction efficiency is improved, environmental pollution is prevented, and the labor cost and the material cost are greatly reduced. And through the arrangement of a filtering layer and a seepage pipe, rainwater can be collected after being filtered.
