The invention discloses a cover plate structure system for covering a metro depot storehouse area with a super high-rise building area. The cover plate structure system comprises stand columns, longitudinal beams, cross beams, supporting columns, shear walls and annular beams. A bracket platform is arranged at the top ends of the stand columns, and pedestals distributed on the two sides of the top face of the platform in the transverse direction are arranged on the bracket platform. Lifting lugs corresponding to the pedestals are arranged on the two transverse sides of the longitudinal beam, ring beams are arranged on the two sides of the top ends of the super high-rise building floor shear wall and the adjacent supporting columns of the super high-rise building floor shear wall, overhanging lifting platforms are arranged on the side portions of the ring beams, and the two ends of the longitudinal beam are connected with the bracket platforms and the lifting platforms or the bracket platforms respectively. The ring beam cantilever platform can support the large-span prefabricated box girders on the two sides. By means of the structural system, the requirements for standardization and laying joints of the prefabricated parts in the landing area of the shear wall of the super high-rise building can be met, meanwhile, the large-span prestressed box girders are adopted and can replace traditional superposed beam plates, the number of the prefabricated parts and the number of the joints of the prefabricated parts are greatly reduced, and the construction efficiency is effectively improved.
本发明公开了地铁车辆段库房区上盖超高层建筑区域的盖板结构体系,包括立柱、纵梁、横梁、支柱、剪力墙和环形梁;所述立柱的顶端设置有牛腿平台,所述牛腿平台上设置有沿横向分布在平台顶面两侧的台座;所述纵梁的横向两侧设有与所述台座对应的挑耳,所述超高层建筑落地剪力墙及其相邻支柱顶端两侧设置环梁,所述环梁侧部设置外伸挑台,所述纵梁的两端分别连接一个所述牛腿平台与一个所述挑台或所述牛腿平台,所述环梁挑台可支撑两侧大跨度预制箱梁。通过上述结构体系,可实现超高层建筑剪力墙落地区域的预制构件标准化及搁置节点要求,同时采用大跨度预应力箱梁,可代替传统叠合梁板,大幅减少预制构件及其节点数量,有效提高施工效率。
