The invention discloses a prefabricated reinforced concrete column joint structure which comprises a lower end and an upper end, a plurality of longitudinal bars are evenly distributed in a column along the column edge, the longitudinal bars are exposed out of the upper end and the lower end, protrusions are evenly arranged on the upper end and the lower end, grooves are formed in the centers of the upper end and the lower end, a hoisting hole perpendicular to the column is formed in the upper end, and a hoisting hole perpendicular to the column is formed in the lower end. The groove of the upper end is communicated with the hoisting hole through a connecting hole, the lower end is further provided with a pouring hole and an exhaust hole, the pouring hole and the exhaust hole are designed to be inclined upwards, and the pouring hole and the exhaust hole are both communicated with the groove.
