Embedded component for connecting stand column and embedded method
The invention provides a pre-embedded component for connecting a stand column and a pre-embedding method, and relates to the field of concrete prefabricated parts. The upper component is arranged at the bottom of the stand column, and the lower component is arranged on the ground; the upper component comprises a base and at least two mother boards, the mother boards are arranged at intervals and connected with the base, the upper portions of the mother boards are located in the stand column, and an operation space with an opening back to the axis of the stand column is formed between the base and the mother boards; the lower component comprises a threaded column, one end of the threaded column is fixed under the ground, and the other end of the threaded column upwards penetrates into the operation space from the through hole of the base and is locked through a nut. Reliable connection of the stand column can be achieved through threaded fit of the nut and the threaded column, a reinforcing steel bar sleeve grouting process with complex procedures is avoided, and the effects of being reliable in connection, easy to construct and low in operation difficulty are achieved.
本申请提供了一种连接立柱的预埋构件及预埋方法,涉及混凝土预制件领域。其包括设于立柱底部的上部构件和设于地面的下部构件;所述上部构件包括底座和母板,至少两块所述母板间隔设置并与底座连接,所述母板的上部位于立柱的内部,所述底座与母板之间形成开口背向立柱轴线的操作空间;所述下部构件包括螺纹柱,所述螺纹柱的一端固定于地面以下,所述螺纹柱的另一端从底座的穿孔向上穿入到操作空间内、并通过螺母锁紧。本申请通过螺母与螺纹柱的螺纹配合,即可实现立柱的可靠连接,避免采用工序复杂的钢筋套筒灌浆工艺,具有连接可靠,施工简单,操作难度低的效果。
