The invention relates to a buckle type fixed seam pulling plate which is provided with a plurality of reserved holes for fixing steel bars to penetrate through, and the reserved holes are of long circular structures. The buckle and the seam pulling plate main body are fixedly connected into a whole; when the fixing steel bar is clamped and matched with the buckle, the fixing steel bar is aligned with the axis of one end of the preformed hole of the long circular structure; fixing steel bars penetrate into the positions, staggered with the buckles, of the reserved holes, after penetrating is completed, the fixing steel bars are pressed into the buckle arcs from the unfilled corners of the buckle arcs to be fixed, the position of the seam pulling plate body is adjusted, the fixing steel bars and external structural steel bars are bound into a whole, installation and fixing of the buckle type seam pulling plate are achieved, and the welding procedure is omitted; the preformed holes of the long circular structures are formed in the seam pulling plate body, so that the fixing steel bars can be staggered with the buckles when being inserted into the preformed holes, and after the position is adjusted, the fixing steel bars are pressed into the buckles to achieve clamping connection.
