A connecting node of a photovoltaic panel and a roof comprises a longitudinal rod piece, a connecting piece and an embedded piece. The longitudinal rod piece is integrally connected with the connecting piece; the longitudinal rod pieces play a supporting role; the connecting piece is used for connecting the longitudinal rod piece with the embedded piece; the connecting piece is provided with a bayonet, and the bayonet is fixed through the fuse. Supporting hinge pieces are installed in the clamping openings, and the connecting pieces are hinged to the supporting claws through the supporting hinge pieces. Ribs are arranged in the embedded parts; the connecting piece is inserted into the embedded part; the connecting pieces are fixed by the ribs; the connecting piece has a storage state and a use state; in the storage state, the clamping opening is in the fixed state, and the supporting claw is kept vertical and tightly attached to the connecting piece. And after the fuse is pulled out, the bayonet is changed into a loose state so as to be changed into a use state, the supporting claw is opened downwards to start working, and finally, the supporting claw is used for fixing the position of the connecting piece and is clamped into the rib. The embedded part is directly connected with the longitudinal rod piece, so that the construction technology is simpler and more convenient.
