The invention belongs to the field of building decoration, and particularly discloses a composite lock catch type wallboard, a connecting piece comprises a movable clamping hook, a matching piece comprises a fixed clamping hook used for being connected with the movable clamping hook in a hanging mode, the movable clamping hook comprises a connecting rod used for being connected with a panel and a movable hook body hinged to the connecting rod, and the rotating axis of the movable hook body is in the vertical direction; the fixed clamping hook comprises a fixed rod used for being connected with a base layer plate and a fixed hook body fixed to the fixed rod, the free end of the fixed hook body faces upwards, the fixed clamping hook further comprises a guide rod, the guide rod and the fixed hook body are not located in the same vertical plane, and a guide face is arranged on the side, facing the fixed hook body, of the guide rod. The guide face is used for being attached to the outer side of the movable hook body and pushing the movable hook body to deflect. By the adoption of the scheme, the problems that when the decoration panel makes direct contact with the base layer plate and the decoration panel is subjected to external impact, the impact can be directly transmitted to the base layer plate, and the decoration panel is difficult to replace can be solved.
