The invention provides a maintenance channel system for a clean operating room, which comprises a maintenance channel, an air inlet, an air outlet and an air outlet, the outlet of the maintenance channel extends into a space between a suspended ceiling and a floor, and the inlet of the maintenance channel is positioned in the clean operating room; the first sealing assembly covers the outlet and is used for sealing the outlet; the second sealing assembly covers the inlet and is used for sealing the inlet; the disinfection device is at least partially arranged in the maintenance channel; the monitoring part is arranged in the overhaul channel and used for monitoring whether people exist in the overhaul channel or not; and the control assembly is electrically connected with the disinfection device and the monitoring piece. The entrance of the maintenance channel is arranged in the clean operating room. Therefore, maintainers can directly enter the space between the suspended ceiling and the floor above the clean operating room from the inside of the clean operating room. Therefore, maintenance personnel can conveniently maintain the electromechanical pipeline between the suspended ceiling at the top of the clean operating room and the floor.
