Sterile workshop for producing half-cooked cheese
The invention discloses a sterile workshop for half-cooked cheese production, and particularly relates to the technical field of half-cooked cheese production, the sterile workshop comprises four workshop bodies, a connecting channel is arranged between every two adjacent workshop bodies, one side of one workshop body is provided with an in-out chamber, and an in-out sterilization mechanism is arranged in the in-out chamber; the access sterilization mechanism comprises an access electric glass door and a leaving electric glass door, and an access horn is arranged on one side of the access electric glass door. By arranging the in-and-out sterilization mechanism, the workshop can be effectively helped to isolate bacteria, when people go in and out, the bacteria can be prevented from being carried into the workshop to a great extent, and meanwhile, the problem that when people go in and out, internal air and external air interact, and consequently external bacteria enter the workshop is solved; the semi-cooked cheese which is being produced or has been produced in a workshop is difficult to pollute, so that the anti-bacterial effect of the semi-cooked cheese anti-bacterial agent is relatively good.
本发明公开了半熟芝士生产用无菌车间，具体涉及半熟芝士生产技术领域，包括四个车间本体，每两个相邻所述车间本体之间设置有连接通道，一个所述车间本体一侧设置有进出室，所述进出室内部设置有进出杀菌机构；所述进出杀菌机构包括进入电动玻璃门和离开电动玻璃门，所述进入电动玻璃门一侧设置有进门喇叭。本发明通过设有进出杀菌机构，可以有效的帮助车间隔绝细菌，在人员进出时，可以在极大程度上避免细菌被人员携带进入，同时也避免了人员在进出时，内外空气发生交互，从而导致外界细菌进入车间的问题，使得车间内的正在生产中的或已经生产好的半熟芝士难以被污染，从而使得本发明的防菌效果较好。
