The invention provides a sealing door lock and an isolator door, the sealing door lock comprises a movable lock body and a fixed lock body, the movable lock body is provided with a lock pin, and the fixed lock body is provided with a lock groove matched with the lock pin; the movable lock body comprises a sliding rail and a sealing shell arranged on the sliding rail in a sliding mode, and the lock pin is arranged at the end of the sealing shell and matched with the lock groove to be locked or unlocked along with sliding of the sealing shell. A first position sensor is arranged on the sealing shell, and a second position sensor matched with the first position sensor is arranged on the fixed lock body and used for judging whether the door lock is closed or closed; the isolator door comprises a door frame, a door body and the sealing door lock. An inflation sealing ring used for sealing is arranged between the door frame and the door body, the inflation sealing ring is connected with an inflation device, and the inflation device is in communication connection with a second position sensor of the sealing door lock. The sealing door lock and the isolator door are good in sealing and dustproof effect, convenient to operate and high in reliability.
