The invention discloses a low-resistance high-strength grounding material for a pressurized water reactor nuclear power unit and a preparation method. The grounding material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 14-18% of cement, 37-46% of bentonite, 9-28% of aluminum powder, 15-19% of quartz sand and 6-8% of water. The metal aluminum is used as a conducting medium, the conductivity of the grounding material is greatly improved, the metal aluminum skeleton obtained through heat treatment is combined with the aggregate filled in the aluminum skeleton, the compression resistance and tensile strength of the grounding material are further improved, meanwhile, the toughness is also greatly improved, and the service life of the grounding material is prolonged. The method can be widely applied to thin-wall construction and heavy-load construction under the influence of physical and chemical environments such as heat loss and abrasion.
