A core drilling system for an excavator, the core drilling system for an excavator according to the present invention comprising: an excavator connection unit arranged to be coupled to the excavator; a strut unit vertically mounted close to one side of the excavator connection unit; a support frame unit that supports the excavator connection unit and the pillar unit; a core drilling unit that is supported by being engaged with a gear unit provided in the pillar unit, and that is provided to drill a target object; and a first motor that provides driving power to the coring drilling unit such that the coring drilling unit drills the target object while moving in the vertical direction, in which the pillar unit includes a plurality of connection portions each connected to a support frame included in the support frame unit, and a plurality of second connection portions each connected to the support frame included in the support frame unit. And the pillar unit is attachable/detachable via the plurality of connecting portions.
