The invention provides a method for integrally dismantling a discarded offshore jacket platform, which comprises the following steps: preparation work before dismantling and discarding: dismantling platform equipment and arranging a lifting point, and arranging a plurality of floating balls on the predetermined side surface of a jacket; the first floating crane ship is parked on the first side of the jacket platform, the second floating crane ship is parked on the second side, opposite to the first side, of the jacket platform with the jacket platform as the center, and the transportation barge is parked on the third side of the jacket platform; firstly, a first floating crane ship and a second floating crane ship are used for being matched with hoisting frame operation to hoist an upper module to a transportation barge at a time; according to the method, the workload of offshore cutting operation and underwater cutting operation of the jacket is greatly reduced, and the offshore working time of a demolition discarding project is shortened; meanwhile, the stress of the horizontal structural member of the jacket platform is effectively reduced.
