Retention system for wear of bucket of earthmoving machine
The invention relates to a retaining system (100) for a wear (30) of a bucket (50) of an earthmoving machine (200). The retaining system (100), in operational use, comprises: i) a bucket body (10) comprising a groove (T) having an inclined side wall (SW1) extending from an upper side (S1) of the bucket body (10); ii) a force multiplier (20) having a shape substantially corresponding to the shape of the trench (T), where the force multiplier (20) is provided with a plurality of through-holes (20-1) spaced apart and distributed over a first surface (SF1) of the force multiplier (20); iii) a wear piece (30) mounted to the edge (E1) of the bucket body (10), where the wear piece (30) and the bucket body (10) form a first interaction interface (I1) extending along the underside (S2) of the bucket body (10) from the edge (E1) beyond the position of the groove (T) by a predetermined distance (d1), where the wear piece (30) and the edge (E1) of the bucket body (10) form a second interaction interface (I2), where the first interaction interface (I1) extends along the underside (S2) of the bucket body (10) by a predetermined distance (d2) from the edge (E1) beyond the position of the groove (T) by a predetermined distance (d2) from the underside (S2) of the bucket body (10). The wear-resistant part (30) is provided with a plurality of receiving holes (98) with internal threads, and the receiving holes (98) are located at positions corresponding to the plurality of through holes (20-1) in the force multiplier (20); and iv) a plurality of bolts (99) disposed in the plurality of through holes (20-1) and held by the internal threads of the plurality of receiving holes (98). One of the wear piece (30) and the force multiplier (20) is provided with at least one projection (PT1, PT2) at the first interaction interface (I1), and the other of the wear piece (30) and the force multiplier (20) is provided with at least one mating recess (RC1, RC2) at the first interaction interface (I1), the first interaction interface (I1) is configured such that, in operational use, relative movement between the wear piece (30) and the force multiplier (20) in a transverse direction (LD) parallel to the first interaction interface (I1) is prevented in order to reduce shear forces acting on the bolt (99).
