The invention provides a four-wheel independent driving system and a wheeled vehicle, the four-wheel independent driving system mainly comprises four wheels driven by independent driving motors, two composite controllers, a whole vehicle controller and four axle load sensors, and the axle load sensors are used for detecting the changes of the nuclear weight of four wheel axles respectively; the change of the working radius of each wheel is judged after calculation through a control algorithm of the whole vehicle controller, then the output of the driving motor is controlled through the composite controller so as to control the rotating speed of the corresponding wheel, electric driving is adopted in the scheme, and compared with a traditional driving system, the efficiency is high, the energy consumption is low, and pollution is avoided; and meanwhile, the rotating speed of each wheel is independently controlled by detecting the change of the real-time rotating radius of each wheel, so that a large amount of parasitic power is effectively reduced, and the power loss is reduced.
本发明提供了一种四轮独立驱动系统及轮式车辆,四轮独立驱动系统主要包括有四个由独立驱动电机进行驱动的车轮、两个复合控制器、整车控制器以及四个轴荷传感器,其轴荷传感器用以分别检测四个车轮轴核重量的变化,通过整车控制器控制算法计算后判断各个车轮的工作半径的变化,进而通过复合控制器控制驱动电机的输出以控制对应车轮的转速,本方案采用电力驱动,相比于传统的驱动系统,其效率高能耗低,且无污染;同时通过检测各个车轮实时转动半径的变化,进而独立控制其转速,有效减少了大量的寄生功率,从而减少了功率的损失。
