The travelling crane (3) moves along the track bracket (25) and can grab, move or put down the battery packs (21), so that the charged battery packs (21) in the middle-layer space (12) can be replaced with the battery packs (21) needing to be charged on the heavy truck (5); the multi-layer block-shaped module structure removes part of the lower-layer space (11) and part of the middle-layer space (12) to form a battery pack loading and unloading opening (15) of the heavy truck.
