The invention discloses quick-hardening and quick-setting high-strength adhesive mortar for a fabricated concrete composite wallboard, and particularly relates to the field of building materials. The invention relates to a quick-hardening concrete, which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 38 to 45 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 32 to 45 parts of sandstone, 10 to 25 parts of organosilane modified fly ash, 1 to 3 parts of redispersible latex powder, 0.2 to 0.3 part of polypropylene fiber, 0.2 to 0.3 part of cellulose ether, 0.2 to 0.3 part of redispersible latex powder, 0.2 to 0.3 part of quick-hardening agent, 0.2 to 0.3 part of air entraining agent and 0.2 to 0.3 part of water reducing agent. The concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 0.3-1 part of cellulose ether, 0.08-0.15 part of a quick hardening agent, 0.05-0.1 part of an air entraining agent and 0-0.08 part of a water reducing agent. According to the quick-hardening and quick-setting high-strength adhesive mortar for the fabricated concrete composite wallboard, disclosed by the invention, the strength of the hardened mortar is enhanced by adding the organosilane modified fly ash, and the setting speed of the mortar is accelerated by virtue of the quick-hardening agent and the air entraining agent; the polypropylene fiber and the redispersible latex powder improve the bonding strength of the mortar and prevent the mortar from cracking.
