The invention discloses wear-resistant impact-resistant high-strength rubber concrete and a preparation method thereof, the wear-resistant impact-resistant rubber concrete comprises the following raw materials by weight: 354 parts of cement, 52 parts of silica fume, 87 parts of superfine cement, 87 parts of fly ash, 417 parts of sand, 1156 parts of stone, 30.2 parts of rubber, 46.4 parts of quartz sand, 8.7 parts of a water reducer and 135.7 parts of water. The wear-resistant and impact-resistant rubber concrete disclosed by the invention conforms to a closest packing model, and is doped with quartz sand, rubber particles, silica fume, fly ash and superfine cement. The compressive strength, the elastic modulus, the breaking strength, the splitting tensile strength and the abrasion resistance of the rubber concrete are superior to those of common rubber concrete.
