Method for preparing electrofused compact chrome corundum aggregate from propane dehydrogenation waste catalyst
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of refractory materials by recycling solid wastes, and relates to a method for preparing an electrofused compact chrome corundum aggregate by using a propane dehydrogenation waste catalyst. The chrome corundum aggregate is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-100wt% of the propane dehydrogenation waste catalyst, 10-100wt% of chromic oxide and 10-100wt% of aluminum oxide. The adding weight part of the chromium oxide is 0-90 wt%, and the adding weight part of the aluminum oxide is 0-90 wt%; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing a propane dehydrogenation waste catalyst, chromic oxide and aluminum oxide, smelting in an ore smelting furnace at the smelting temperature of higher than 2500 DEG C, so that the materials can be melted, and cooling and crushing after smelting to obtain the electric smelting compact chrome corundum aggregate. A smelting furnace is used for carrying out high-temperature sintering reaction on the catalyst, and aluminum oxide and chromium oxide form an infinitely-solid-solution aluminum-chromium solid solution at high temperature, so that toxic and harmful components in the waste catalyst are also solidified into the aluminum-chromium solid solution.
