Calcium silicate hydrate crystal nucleus dispersing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a hydrated calcium silicate crystal nucleus dispersing agent and a preparation method thereof. The hydrated calcium silicate crystal nucleus dispersing agent is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 32 to 80 parts of p-hydroxystyrene polyoxyethylene ether, 8 to 12 parts of maleic anhydride, 6 to 9 parts of sodium p-styrenesulfonate, 0.1 to 0.4 part of chain transfer agent, 0.6 to 1.2 parts of oxidizing agent, 0.17 to 0.35 part of reducing agent and 75 to 140 parts of water. The dispersant has a stable space structure, integrates a strong electron repulsive force structure and steric hindrance, can stabilize suspended crystals without entanglement, enables C-S-H crystal nucleus particles to be controlled below 50 microns, effectively solves the problem that the early strength effect is reduced due to overlarge existing calcium silicate hydrate crystal nucleuses, and has a good early strength effect. Compared with a traditional C-S-H early strength agent prepared by using polycarboxylic acid as a crystal nucleus dispersing agent, the strength of the concrete within one day is increased more quickly, and the strength of a test block within 7 days and 28 days does not decrease.
