Deformation-adaptive hinged spliced ventilation roadbed in frozen earth region and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a hinge type spliced ventilation roadbed adapting to deformation in a frozen earth area and a construction method thereof. An existing ventilation roadbed cannot adapt to foundation deformation, damage and failure are easily caused, and the connection mode of ventilation pipes is unreasonable. The ventilation roadbed comprises a plurality of Z-shaped ventilation prefabricated splicing components which are transversely arranged in parallel and are sequentially spliced in the longitudinal direction; the component is of a square tube box type structure with ventilation holes, the lower portion of one side of the outer wall protrudes to form a supporting body, and the upper portion of the other side of the symmetrical outer wall protrudes to form a crimping body. During longitudinal splicing, the compression joint body of one component is pressed on the supporting body of the other component, and the lap joint positions are connected through the embedded steel bar connecting keys. According to the Z-shaped ventilation prefabricated assembly structure, through a specially-designed hinge type connection structure, relative rotation displacement is allowed to occur between the Z-shaped ventilation prefabricated assembly components so as to adapt to uneven settlement deformation of a frozen soil foundation, and the situation that the components are damaged and fail due to foundation deformation is avoided.
本发明涉及一种适应变形的冻土地区铰式拼接通风路基及其施工方法。现有通风路基存在无法适应地基变形易导致破坏和失效,以及通风管连接方式不合理等问题。本发明的通风路基包括横向平行布置的若干个Z形通风预制拼装构件,沿纵向依次拼接;构件为具有通风孔的方管箱型结构,外壁一侧下部凸出形成支撑体,对称的外壁另一侧上部凸出形成压接体;纵向拼接时,其中一个构件的压接体压覆在另一个构件的支撑体上,搭接处通过预埋钢筋连接键连接。本发明通过特殊设计的铰式连接构造,允许Z形通风预制拼装构件之间发生相对转动位移,以适应冻土地基的不均匀沉降变形,避免由于地基变形导致构件破坏和失效。
