The manual chord-mounting and arch-climbing inspection vehicle comprises a walking mechanism, a supporting frame, a main truss, a leveling structure, an operation platform and a control terminal, wherein the leveling structure comprises an electric push rod, a tilt angle sensor and a controller. According to the upper chord arch climbing inspection vehicle, an I-shaped steel rail does not need to be laid, the difficulty and cost of self maintenance of the inspection vehicle are reduced, related manpower and time are saved, and meanwhile the cost is reduced; the advancing of the inspection vehicle and the action of each part are remotely controlled by adopting the control terminal, and manual high-altitude direct control is not needed, so that the manual operation amount is reduced, and the risk of manual high-altitude operation is reduced.
