Three-time tensioning is adopted, the bearing capacity of the cover beam is effectively enhanced, it can be guaranteed that underground obstacles such as petroleum pipelines can be smoothly avoided on the premise that the upper structure meets the bearing requirement, and safety can be effectively guaranteed.
