The truss-type cantilever beams are symmetrically arranged around the centroid of the cross section of the pier at equal angles, one ends of the truss-type cantilever beams are fixed to the lower portion of the pier, the other ends of the truss-type cantilever beams are connected with the supporting feet, the supporting feet fall on the slideways, the slideways are annular and arranged in the center of the top of a lower bearing platform, and the traction cable is anchored to the pier, wound around the outer sides of the truss-type cantilever beams and penetrates through the counter-force support and the jack. The upper spherical hinge is embedded into the bottom of the pier, and the lower spherical hinge is located in the center of the slideway.
