The invention discloses an anti-collision device for traffic engineering construction, which comprises a plurality of bottom plates, guide grooves, upright posts, an upper baffle plate, a lower baffle plate, a rear limiting plate, a front limiting plate, a fixed plate, a puller and a counter weight, and is characterized in that the bottom plates adopt a buried design, are made of a prefabricated steel material or are formed by pouring concrete, and are connected with the guide grooves; a plurality of bottom plates are arranged along the construction periphery, guide grooves are formed in the bottom plates and located in the center lines of the bottom plates, multiple stand columns installed through bolts are arranged at the front ends of the bottom plates, an upper baffle and a lower baffle are installed between every two adjacent stand columns, and the bottoms of the upper baffles make contact with the tops of the lower baffles. A rear limiting plate and a front limiting plate which are installed through bolts are arranged on the bottom plate, and the height of the front limiting plate is 10 cm. The method is reasonable in design; the pulling device and the counter weight can convert horizontal pushing force into vertical lifting force, and therefore the moving distance of the lower baffle is reduced.
