The device is high in adaptability adjustment and stability, the extension lengths of an electric push rod and a hydraulic splicing rod can be adjusted in a self-adaptive mode according to the liquid level of water in the water distribution box, the effect of flushing objects such as dust in a tunnel in advance is guaranteed, and meanwhile the contact and collision effect of an attaching square plate on the water distribution box is correspondingly guaranteed; the stabilizing effect is prevented from being reduced due to water liquid level change in the water distribution box; and meanwhile, the contact stabilizing effect of the attaching and touching inclined block and the touching square plate can be correspondingly adjusted, and the stability and the alarm accuracy of the water distribution box are improved.
