The invention provides a shallow water area intelligent fertilization device based on artificial intelligence and Internet of Things technology, which comprises a force supply device used for cooperating with other devices to supply energy, so that the other devices have power to complete an instruction; the water filtering and adsorbing device is used for adsorbing water stains contained in the garbage and discharging the water stains out of the cabin; the power supply device is matched with the power supply device, and mainly completes various advancing states of the device in water, water surface garbage treatment, a fertilization function and drainage propelling operation; the pressure change type pressure sensor is used for sensing whether the garbage in the garbage recycling area reaches an overflow state or not, and when the garbage reaches the overflow state, an instruction is sent out in time to dump the garbage; a deep learning system and a computer vision system are included in the garbage collection device, internal master control devices of the two systems communicate with each other, and a series of operations including garbage recognition, analysis, positioning, classification and treatment are completed through related signal transmission.
