The tandem type springback monitoring method comprises the following steps: 1, drilling burying holes; 2, mounting a hydraulic machine; 3, installing a data automatic acquisition box; 4, a first displacement limiter, a first displacement transmission rod and a first displacement sensor are installed; 5, a second displacement limiter, a second displacement transmission rod and a second displacement sensor are installed; sixthly, the fifth step is repeated for multiple times, and installation of the nth displacement limiter, the nth displacement transmission rod and the nth displacement sensor is completed; 7, mounting a springback header; 8, backfilling the embedding holes; and 9, monitoring the springback amount of each layer of the soil body. The method is simple in step, reasonable in design, convenient to install and high in automation degree, and springback amount monitoring of different depths of the soil body in the excavation area is achieved.
