The device can be driven into soil in batches in advance during construction, only improved slurry needs to be injected into the device during construction, construction and material cost is saved, and the device has the advantages of being economical, efficient and environmentally friendly.
本发明公开一种高效处理流态泥浆的软土地基加固装置及其施工方法，包括套管，套管的顶部设有套管盖，套管内设有连接机构，套管的底部固接有锥形头，锥形头包括若干与套管铰接的活瓣，任意两个相邻活瓣之间滑动连接。本发明的锥形头制备简易，预先插入土中避免挤土效应造成固化体倾斜，且密封性好，拔出时可快速张开，便于施工，同时可重复利用；采用装配式装置，装置内浇入经过处理的泥浆成型后形成固化体，从而能够消纳流态泥浆，同时能显著提高地基承载力，可代替砂石等高性能建材。本发明装置在施工时可提前批量打入土中，施工时只需将改良后的泥浆注入装置中，节省施工及材料成本，装置具有经济高效、绿色环保的特点。
