The invention discloses an offshore area ultra-thick dense sand layer RJP construction method which comprises the following steps: 1, after construction of cast-in-place piles (1) is completed, deep-layer dry operation stirring is performed between adjacent cast-in-place piles; 2, the prestressed cable body is installed on a drill bit of the RJP drilling machine and drills along with the drill bit; 3, anchoring the prestressed cable body after the drill bit drills to the designed depth; 4, the drill rod is lifted, an RJP high-pressure jet grouting process is adopted for guniting to form an RJP high-pressure jet grouting pile anchoring section (21), and the RJP high-pressure jet grouting pile anchoring section (21) is engaged with the cast-in-place pile to form a fender post; 5, grouting is stopped, the hole is backfilled with gravel to form an RJP high-pressure jet grouting pile free section (22), and the RJP drilling machine is moved to the next pile position; 6, the steps 1-5 are repeated till the fender posts are completed; 7, pile heads of the fender posts are connected into a whole through a top beam (3), and the other end of the prestressed cable body is anchored to the top beam. The cast-in-situ bored secant pile can solve the problem that in the prior art, leakage is likely to happen to the secant joint of the mortar pile and the cast-in-situ pile.
本发明公开了一种近海地区超厚密实砂层RJP施工方法,包括步骤:1:在施工完成灌注桩(1)后,相邻灌注桩间深层干作业搅拌;2:预应力索体装在RJP钻机的钻头上并随钻头钻进;3:钻头钻入到设计深度后锚固预应力索体;4:提升钻杆并采用RJP高压喷射注浆工艺喷浆形成RJP高压旋喷桩锚固段(21),使其与灌注桩咬合形成围护桩;5:停止注浆,孔内回填砂石形成RJP高压旋喷桩自由段(22),RJP钻机移至下个桩位;6:重复步骤1‑5,直至围护桩完成;7:围护桩桩头通过冠梁(3)连接成一个整体,预应力索体另一端锚定在冠梁上。本发明能够解决现有技术中钻孔灌注咬合桩砂浆桩和灌注桩咬合接缝处容易渗漏的问题。
