According to the grouting reinforcement retaining wall device and the construction method, the grouting reinforcement retaining wall device is composed of a main body column and a baffle, the main body column is composed of a stabilizing pile and a grouting pipe, the stabilizing pile comprises a vertical beam and two cross beams, the two sides of the vertical beam are perpendicularly connected with the middles of the two cross beams respectively, and a plurality of grouting holes are formed in the side wall of the grouting pipe; and the supports are fixed on two sides of the vertical beam. The construction method comprises the steps of device manufacturing, main body column driving, grouting, baffle fixing and the like. According to the grouting reinforcement retaining wall device and the construction method, a rigid lateral retaining wall structure can be formed to resist soil collapse, safety accidents are avoided, compared with a traditional method, the structure is more stable, potential safety hazards are lower, and the safety of foundation pit operators is guaranteed to the maximum extent.
