The invention relates to a sponge city construction rainwater comprehensive recycling system and a using method thereof.The sponge city construction rainwater comprehensive recycling system comprises a filter, two underground water tanks and a rainwater collecting device used for collecting rainwater into the underground water tanks, a water supply pump is arranged in each underground water tank, and a water outlet of each water supply pump is communicated with an inlet of the filter; an outlet of the filter is communicated with a tap water pipe and a water supply pipe, an inlet of the filter is further communicated with a filtered water discharging pipe and a backflushing main pipe, the backflushing main pipe is communicated with the bottoms of the two underground water tanks through backflushing branch pipes, a plurality of backflushing holes located in the underground water tanks are formed in the backflushing branch pipes, and backflushing pipe valves are installed on the backflushing branch pipes. Unified filtration treatment and use of rainwater can be achieved, meanwhile, backflushing of the filter can be achieved, high-pressure cleaning can be conducted on the underground water tank, the cleanliness during rainwater utilization is improved, the overall utilization efficiency of rainwater in a sponge city is improved, and restoration of urban water ecology, conservation of water resources and enhancement of urban waterlogging prevention capacity are facilitated.
