The invention discloses a secondary water supply system capable of achieving automatic cleaning in the technical field of secondary water supply. The secondary water supply system comprises a water storage device, a cleaning rod, a rotating rod, a motor, a flow guide channel and a controller. The interior of the water storage device is hollow, a water drainage pipe is arranged in the water storage device, a water quality tester is further installed between the water supply valve and the water pump, a water outlet of the water pump is connected with a cleaning valve and a flow meter through a tee joint, and the downstream of the flow meter is connected with all water using terminals. The water using time period can be controlled to be avoided, automatic cleaning is achieved when no water is used at night, the influence of cleaning of the water storage device on daily life is small, regular cleaning can be set to ensure the water tank cleaning frequency, triggering type cleaning is added when pollutants are mixed, water supply safety is ensured, and the cleaning mode is safe and free of pollution; the cleaning mode does not need to be controlled by personnel, and community water use does not need to be suspended in the cleaning process.
