The flanged water tank mainly comprises a flanged water tank, the odor-resistant drainer with the double water storage buckets, a sundry filtering barrel and a sundry filtering basket, and is characterized in that a bottom opening of the water tank is provided with an outwards flanged edge which is connected with an upper opening of the drainer in an inserted manner, and the joint does not leak water; the double water storage buckets are composed of a large water storage bucket and a small water storage bucket which are connected together and communicated with each other, the large water storage bucket is connected with the flanging water tank, water is stored in the buckets, a sundry filtering bucket and a sundry filtering basket are placed in the buckets, and a water outlet formed in the bottom bucket wall of the large water storage bucket is connected together and communicated with a bottom opening of the other small water storage bucket. The small water storage bucket is used for guaranteeing that certain water is stored in the large water storage bucket, the water stored in the two water storage buckets is always at the same height, gas in a building pipeline enters a water outlet of the small water storage bucket through other drainage pipes, and the gas is blocked outside the water stored in the small water storage bucket by the water in the small water storage bucket and cannot enter the large water storage bucket. Therefore, the purposes of deodorization and drainage are achieved.
