The invention discloses a building terrace concrete construction leveling method which comprises the following steps: placing a leveling machine with a laser receiving device on a poured concrete layer, and constructing a laser emitting device at a proper position away from the laser receiving device; the laser receiving device judges the height of a vibrating flat plate of the leveling machine according to the position of the received laser emitted by the laser emitting device, if the position of the received laser is the standard position, the height of the vibrating flat plate is the standard height, and the leveling machine vibrates; if the laser receiving position is the adjusting position except the standard position, the height of the vibrating flat plate needs to be adjusted, and the leveling machine automatically adjusts the height of the vibrating flat plate to the standard height and then vibrates; and if the laser receiving position is a warning position outside the standard position and the adjusting position, giving an alarm. The building terrace concrete construction leveling method is simple in construction step and high in construction efficiency, and can achieve timely leveling of the vibrating flat plate and improve the overall construction flatness.
