A swimming pool cleaning robot system comprises a swimming pool cleaning robot and a homeward voyage station, the swimming pool cleaning robot can be thrown into water of a swimming pool, the homeward voyage station is arranged on the pool wall of the swimming pool, and an induction recognition device, a diving device and a cleaning device are arranged in the swimming pool cleaning robot; wherein the diving device is used for controlling the swimming pool cleaning robot to float on the water surface of a swimming pool or sink to the bottom of the swimming pool; the cleaning device is used for cleaning dirt on the water surface of the swimming pool or at the bottom of the swimming pool; the induction recognition device is used for recognizing the position of the return station and generating corresponding position information, and the swimming pool cleaning robot moves to the return station according to the position information. Correspondingly, the invention further discloses a shore docking method of the swimming pool cleaning robot, the shore docking method is implemented based on the swimming pool cleaning robot system, the swimming pool cleaning robot can meet the two use requirements of swimming pool water surface cleaning and swimming pool bottom cleaning at the same time, and the swimming pool cleaning robot can also be automatically docked to facilitate salvage of operators.
