Comprising an outer window frame and an inner window frame, a motor is connected to the interior of one side of the outer window frame through bolts, a driving gear is connected to the end of an output shaft of the motor through keys and key grooves, connecting rods are welded to the outer walls of the two sides of the inner window frame, and driven gears are connected to the ends, close to the driving gear, of the connecting rods through keys and key grooves; the inner wall of the inner window frame is connected with a glass outer window through bolts, one side of the glass outer window is connected with a window body frame through bolts, a hinge is arranged on the inner wall of the top of the window body frame, the inner wall of the top of the window body frame is rotationally connected with a connecting frame through the hinge, and a sealing strip adheres to the inner wall of the connecting frame. The driven gear meshed with the driving gear drives the inner window frame to incline while rotating, indoor airflow of the high-rise building flows out after the inner window frame is opened, and the airflow flow amount is controlled according to different inclination angles of the inner window frame.
