本发明公开一种铁氧体的配方补正工艺及铁氧体,包括步骤:确定需要进行补正的配方及其对应的份额;将所述补正的配方进行预烧;将预烧后的所述补正的配方按照其对应的份额进行补正;在进行铁氧体的配方补正时,先将待补正的配方进行预烧,再将预烧后的待补正的配方按照其对应的份额进行补正,采用上述配方补正工艺,由于补正原料经过预烧,与铁氧体基体粉料相同,补正的准确率和比例更容易控制,补正比例可达30wt%,并且颗粒料的物理特性不受影响,一致性较好,可明显提高磁芯收缩的一致性,同时补正后粉料的活性变化小,在烧结过程中可有效的降低晶粒异常生长现象与晶斑的出现,从而能够改善铁氧体的综合性能。
