The invention relates to a wall mount (1) comprising: an anchoring element (2) having a fastening portion (3) for fastening the anchoring element (2) to a building and having an anchoring element side bearing portion (4) adjoining the fastening portion (3) and extending along a central axis (M); at least one intermediate element (5) having a first bearing (6) and a second bearing (7); and a fastening element (8) having a fastening element-side bearing (9) and having a fastening portion (10) for fastening the sanitary element, in which: the first bearing (6) of the intermediate element (5) is slidably and securely connected to the anchoring element-side bearing (4); the fastening element-side bearing part (9) of the fastening element (8) is slidably and securely connected to the second bearing part (7), and the bearing parts (4, 6, 7, 9) are each designed such that the corresponding bearing parts (4, 6, 7, 9) engage each other telescopically.
