The water collecting device comprises an upper cover, a water collecting unit and a supporting seat, the water collecting unit is arranged on the supporting seat, the water collecting unit comprises a plurality of water collecting subunits, the water collecting subunits are sequentially connected in the circumferential direction, and the water collecting subunits are arranged on the supporting seat. A plurality of layers are stacked between the upper cover and the supporting seat, and the water collecting subunits between the layers are connected in sequence, so that the middle part of the device is of a skeleton structure; the water collecting unit utilizes the characteristic of large temperature difference change of the desert area, water is obtained by means of the condensation effect of water vapor in air at low temperature in the morning and at dusk to irrigate the protection forest, and water conveying and underground water pumping for irrigation are avoided.
