The invention provides retarded expansive cement prepared from CFB ash and a preparation method of the retarded expansive cement, and relates to the technical field of building materials. The preparation raw materials comprise a cementing material and an exciting agent, the cementing material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 35-42% of cement clinker, 35-45% of CFB ash, 4-7% of desulfurized gypsum, 2-10% of silica fume and 9-12% of S95 mineral powder; the CFB ash slag comprises CFB fly ash and CFB bottom slag; the mass of the exciting agent is 1-2% of the mass of the cementing material; the exciting agent is prepared from sodium sulfate, calcium formate and triisopropanolamine. According to the invention, resource utilization of the CFB ash is realized, and the cement prepared from the CFB ash has the advantages of high strength, delayed coagulation, controllable expansibility and good durability.
本发明提供了一种CFB灰渣制备的缓凝膨胀水泥及其制备方法,涉及建筑材料技术领域。本发明制备原料包括胶凝材料和激发剂;以质量百分比计,所述胶凝材料包括:水泥熟料35~42%,CFB灰渣35~45%,脱硫石膏4~7%,硅灰2~10%,S95矿粉9~12%;所述CFB灰渣包括CFB飞灰与CFB底渣;所述激发剂的质量为胶凝材料质量的1~2%;所述激发剂由硫酸钠、甲酸钙和三异丙醇胺组成。本发明不但实现了CFB灰渣的资源化利用,而且利用其制备的水泥具有强度高、缓凝、膨胀性可控与耐久性好的优点。
