Anti-radiation concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete preparation, and particularly discloses anti-radiation concrete and a preparation method thereof. The anti-radiation concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 to 130 parts of cement, 35 to 50 parts of fly ash, 30 to 40 parts of mineral powder, 100 to 150 parts of coarse aggregate, 70 to 100 parts of fine aggregate, 10 to 20 parts of metal fiber, 15 to 25 parts of composite filler, 65 to 72 parts of cold water, 1 to 2 parts of retarder and 2.2 to 4.0 parts of water reducing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the cement, the fly ash, the mineral powder, the metal fibers and the composite filler, and uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain a primary mixture; weighing coarse aggregate and fine aggregate, mixing and stirring uniformly, and then mixing and stirring uniformly with the primary mixture to obtain a mixture; weighing the mixture, cold water, a water reducing agent and a retarder, and uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain a mixed material; and pouring and curing the mixed material to obtain the anti-radiation concrete. The finished product has the advantages of being not prone to cracking and high in strength.
