The invention belongs to an asphalt road, and particularly relates to an asphalt road capable of reducing pavement temperature, which is paved by the following method: paving a roadbed and a cushion layer; laying a base layer: adding 1-2% of flaky graphite powder into a base layer material, uniformly mixing, and compacting in a layered manner; and paving a surface layer: adding 0.5-1% of flaky aluminum powder and 1-2% of flaky graphite powder into the asphalt material, uniformly mixing, and paving an asphalt layer. The flaky aluminum powder and the flaky graphite powder can more quickly conduct heat absorbed by the surface layer into the base layer, and can reflect part of sunlight, so that the temperature of the road can be effectively reduced, the service life of the asphalt road can be prolonged, and the maintenance cost can be reduced.
