The micro-disturbance construction method comprises the following steps that a construction point is determined, a full-casing full-rotation drilling machine is arranged in place, multiple sections of steel casings are hoisted and placed in, and the two sections of steel casings are connected through electric welding; the bottom of the first section of steel casing is reserved for 3 m and is not taken, and the bottom of the rest of steel casings is reserved for 6-8 m or above and is not taken after the rest of steel casings sink; the last section of steel casing is hoisted and put in, and is welded with the previous steel casing by adopting electric welding connection; the full-casing full-rotation drilling machine drills, impact grabbing assists in soil grabbing to the depth of 18-25 m, and then the casing directly sinks; the last section of steel casing is cut off by 0.4 m through gas cutting, the full-casing full-rotation drilling machine is removed, upper construction is conducted through the GPS-25 type drilling machine, and drilling is conducted to the target depth; and hole cleaning, drill lifting, reinforcement cage lowering and concrete pouring are conducted, and construction is completed. According to the method, soil disturbance can be effectively controlled, the subway shield structure cannot be affected in pile foundation engineering construction, and the method has the advantages of being high in construction speed and high in risk resistance.
本发明公开了一种邻近地铁设施的桩基微扰动施工方法,包括如下步骤:确定施工点,全套管全回旋钻机就位,将多节钢护筒吊装放入,两节钢护筒之间采用电焊连接;采用冲抓辅助取土,其中首节钢护筒底部保留3m不取,在其余钢护筒下沉后底部保留6‑8m以上不取;将最后一节钢护筒吊装放入,采用电焊连接与先前钢护筒焊接;全套管全回旋钻机钻进,冲抓辅助抓土至深度18‑25m,后续直接下沉套管;气割割除最后一节钢护筒0.4m,全套管全回旋钻机撤场,GPS‑25型钻机上位施工,钻进至目标深度;清孔,提钻,下钢筋笼,灌注混凝土,施工完成。本发明可以有效的控制土体扰动,不会在桩基工程施工中对地铁盾构结构造成影响,具有施工速度较快,抗风险能力强的优点。
